Townsquare Village offers 2-3 bedroom townhomes with a 2-car garage and basement. Models include the Ashley, Brandon, Canterbury, and Devon - each with 2 bedroom (I) or 3 bedroom (II) floor plans. The Ashley boasts a split-level design with just a few stairs to the master bedroom. The Brandon features a bonus room on the main-level that flows into the kitchen. The Canterbury is the most common design. The Devon is a free-standing townhouse located on the cul-de-sacs. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association.
